These terms govern your use of the AuraMotion Car website and any purchase you make from it. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
Products, pricing and availability
We do our best to describe products and show prices accurately. Product images are representative; slight variation in color or finish is possible. We may change prices, correct errors, and discontinue products at any time. If we discover a pricing or description error on an order you have already placed, we will contact you and give you the choice to confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or refuse an order.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. Payment is taken at checkout. If payment fails or we suspect fraud, we may cancel the order.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Give us accurate and current information; we may suspend accounts with false information.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, post abusive or misleading content, attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the site, or access it by automated means without permission.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, design, logos and product photography belong to Yigit Uygur LLC or our licensors. Using the site does not give you any right to reuse, copy, republish or redistribute that material.

The site and the products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing here limits any warranty you have under applicable consumer law.
Our products are vehicle accessories. Install and use them so they never obstruct your view, interfere with airbags or vehicle controls, or distract you while driving. Follow the laws in your area about mounting items on a dashboard or windshield. You are responsible for safe installation and use.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Third-party links
The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, carrier disruption, power failure or internet outage.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
