Refund policy

Return window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Condition
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged by use cannot be returned.

How to start a return
Email auramotioncar@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about why you
are returning the item. We will reply with return instructions and the return
address. Please do not send anything back before contacting us — unannounced
returns may not be processed.

Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except when the return is due to
our error or a defective product. In those cases we cover return shipping in full.
We recommend using a trackable service. We cannot issue a refund for a return that
does not reach us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved
refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your
statement.
Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and
place a new order.

Damaged or wrong items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email auramotioncar@gmail.com within
7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund,
including shipping, at no cost to you.

Order cancellation
You may cancel an order at no cost before it ships. Once a tracking number has been
issued, the order must be handled as a return.
