Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all US orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $1.99, shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays, weather and holidays can affect them.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. If tracking has not updated for several business days, email auramotioncar@gmail.com and we will look into it.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs may apply.

Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, take photos of the packaging and the product before unpacking further and email them to auramotioncar@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. If a package is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier.
